VendorGuard helps you track vendor contracts and sends reminder emails before renewal and notice deadlines. It is a tool to assist you — you remain responsible for acting on your contracts.
No guarantee of delivery
We make every effort to deliver reminders reliably, but email delivery depends on factors outside our control. VendorGuard is not liable for missed deadlines, auto-renewals, or financial losses. Always verify critical dates independently.
Plans & billing
The free plan includes up to 3 contracts. Pro is $29/month, billed via Stripe, cancellable anytime from the billing portal.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, or use it to store unlawful content.
